My Story
I ran track in middle school, but didn’t truly get into running until my senior year of college.
I’ve now ran multiple half-marathons, marathons, and ultra marathons. Once I gave up my fear of “what if I try really hard, but still fail?”, I started chasing even bigger goals like PR’s in every distance and dreaming about 100-mile and 200-mile races.
Somewhere along the way, running became more about accomplishment, success, and trying to fill a void only God could fill instead of simply doing something I enjoyed.
That’s when I decided to surrender my entire running journey to the Lord. He used running to get my attention, and helped me put it in it’s rightful place.
I’m still chasing goals and signing up for races that most people wouldn’t drive, but I’m holding onto them with open hands and running for HIS glory - not my own.
Now, I help other Christian runners keep Jesus first as they continue to get the best out of themselves and see what they’re truly capable of. I am an RRCA Certified Level 1 Run Coach and Exercise Scientist (B.S 2008) here to help YOU achieve your goals and give HIM all the glory!
